I have a regular hotel I stay at in Boston, the Omni Parker House.  I like it.  I like the delivery of Coffee with Soy milk to my room as a premium club member.  I order the grapefruit juice to drink later in the day as my second choice drink.

Last summer while at The Drake in Toronto, I discovered Vigiiant Eats  http://www.vigilant-eats.com/  which I pack in my carry-on and enjoy for breakfast.

I return to Boston to see all the wonderful gentlemen I have the pleasure of knowing.  I have been visiting Boston about 3 – 4 times a year now for four years.  It is exciting for me to be able to build on our experiences and be comfortable, as these are gents I know, I trust and I know I am safe playing with them.  It allows for deeper exploration.  I appreciate that.

Sunday, I walked down the  street the Marathon will be raced on.  It is lined with upscale little shops, some chains, some boutiques.  I liked The Fairy Shop.  It was filled with fairies,  miniature hobbit homes, unicorns, a palifera of fantasy stuff.

This was my first time flying into Reagan National Airport.  Since I have 2 full size luggage cases plus carry-on, I took the super shuttle to my hotel.  Monday to Thursday I enjoyed being one block exactly from Dupont Circle Park.  The Embassy Row Hotel offers free breakfast, including hot oatmeal.  I bought my soy milk at the CVS on Dupont Circle.  I really enjoyed that my clients wanted to explore BDSM.

Thursday through Sunday morning I moved to The Palomar, a block away.  My room was extra spacious.  I could have done Pony Play in it my room was so big.  Imagine two of these beds, a desk and 20 x 30 feet of open space.

Washington, DC here I come!

My brother called in the beginning of my February tour to tell me he had taken the third week of the month off and wanted to get together.  My brother and I have just found each other for a year and eight months now.  He is a challenged person, functional in society and lives with a guardian couple and three other people such as himself.  I explained that my life is a bit more planned out than his but I could make Thursday to Sunday morning work.  This would be the first time since we found each other that I have spent time with Mark for longer than a day trip.

It was a very successful trip.  I learned more about my brothers job, his trials in getting along with co-workers, his house situation, how well he is looked after, who cares about him truly and what my brother likes.  He loves coffee as much as I do.  I shall be following up that his hernia  is operated on, his feet and toe nails fixed and cared for, and that there is no bullying at work.  My brother is not a saint and there are people who are paid by the government to look after him, to make sure he does groom himself, even if he would rather play video games.  I grew up with him.  I know how difficult he can be sometimes, but he has a good heart and with strong, firm guidance, he does obey. Trust me, I know this.

I look forward to knowing him better, and supporting the people who signed up as a job in taking care of him.  He has a family member to check up on him now.  He is not alone in the world.

This was my first time at the Omni Severin Hotel.  I think I will just book directly into this hotel from now on.  I loved it here.

Even when the cab driver at the Amtrak station walked me to the street sidewalk, pointed 1.5 blocked away and told me, that was my hotel and I could walk there with all of my luggage at midnight.  Welcome to Indianapolis.  Real people live here.  It was brisk and cold, but I had my heavy winter lambskin coat and cashmere scarf.  Once I got over the shock that I was told to walk, it was not that bad, not that far.

I am a club member at Omni Hotels, so they bring me coffee with soy milk every morning to my hotel room. Swoon.

One of my Ponies, Ginger, lives in Indianapolis.  We ponied on the Mezzanine every day.  So fun.  She had practiced since I last saw her.   She was so good.  I can’t wait to see her again.

I had a great week in Chicago, a full week of work, which I really appreciate.  I was at the Hotel Felix, a renovated former flop house.  It has this quirk of being very modern with a pole that is about 12 inches long for a closet with a curtain hung to hide the clothes you hang on this pole.  Think of the pole as a long hook.  I’ve had smaller rooms, but I’ve had much larger ones too.  It is a four star rated hotel.

Am I on time?  Am I ready and all put together for you? OR  Are you 20 minutes early and I explain I am not quite put together but I will let you up to my room and we can chat while I finish. Did I wear what you requested me to wear?  Do I have out all the toys you need that were on my list?

There are two incredible architectural hotels downtown, Hotel Phillips and The Hilton President Hotel.   They have the most beautiful stair work, railings, rooms.  There is something about the craftsmanship I find marvelous and appealing.  The rooms themselves can be a bit odd, depending on whether you are in a suite or a regular room.  Given the age of the hotels, most of  the rooms were designed for a single traveling man and only large enough for his trunk and a small bed.  A modern room, and being  a historical hotel, they have to show where the rooms originally were, is actually 2.5 rooms.  One room now being for the second bed or living space with chairs, desk, one room for a double bed, and a bathroom.  Originally, each floor had one bathroom all the men shared.  How times and the sense of proper space changes.

It is always lovely in Tampa.  I am finding the different neighborhoods interesting.  This time I stayed at the Hilton Tampa Airport which is walking distance to the International Plaza Mall, and a bunch of shops I could spend a lot of money at.  Gucci has a pair of Fall boots I love.  It was explained to me that the Fall boots come out in Spring/Summer and given my size 4.5/5 foot, I need to hop on it if I am ever to own a pair of their boots.  I not only loved the fetish style, with ultra tall heel and fine leather, I love the equestrian accent.
